Chinese Medicine can be a new experience for many, so we have complied a few frequently asked questions that we hope can answer any concerns or questions you may have.

  • Does Chinese Medicine work?

We understand that patients may have expectations of our treatments and concerns as to whether or not they work.

Due to the nature of this practice, results may take longer time to fully show. However, you will see changes day to day if you are consistent with your treatment. If you are not consistent but continue with your treatment, results will simply take longer to show.

Please note that our natural remedies, like their pharmaceutical counterparts, react differently to different people's bodies, and our TCM doctors are there to ensure that we try everything to make our treatment work for you.

  • How long do I have to receive treatment?

As with any medical condition, it will differ based on a number of factors:

    • How long have you had this condition?
    • What has caused this condition?
    • Your lifestyle and mental health

Our treatments are designed for disease prevention and sustained rehabilitation, therefore we recommend regular sessions to all our patients.

However we completely understand if you would like to stop treatment due to any reasons.

  • How frequent should my sessions be?

We usually recommend patients come in for sessions at least once a week.

We understand that everyones' schedules are different, so it is impossible to avoid missing a few sessions. This won't affect your treatment much, only that your recovery may take a few days longer.

  • Do I have to book?

Booking, either by phone, email or in -person, allows us to prepare a designated time slot, as well as your preferred doctor, for efficient use of your time. As long as you provide either your patient ID number or your name, we will be able to swiftly book you in for an appointment.

We are a WALK In clinic, so you are welcome to walk in for an appointment, provided we have space. If we do not, we will give you a period of time to wait as we prepare a room for you.

  • Refund Policy

For products, we do not accept refunds for any opened products, as we cannot confirm whether the products have been used or contaminated.

For our personal medications, we do not accept refunds for any opened bottles, as we cannot confirm whether the medication has been used or changed.

For treatment sessions, we accept refunds, but understand that if you bought a bundle, the free sessions non-refundable.
